Paynestone is a nationwide, stone restoration/cleaning and fixing company, which has recently branched out into property maintenance. Owned and run by Robert Payne, who has over 30 years experience in the building and stone industry as a stone fixer/restorer on sites and as one of the original Directors at Marmi e Granito Ltd.
Restoration & Cleaning
Paynestone offers a full restoration service for commercial buildings, specializing in the outside cleaning of facades, using the most up to date and environmentally friendly methods available. We also provide a simple, straight forward renovation/clean for residential customers such as re-polishing/restoring limestone, marble, granite and slate floors, work surfaces, bathrooms and stone fireplaces. We also have a team of experts, who can offer advice on and provide all the information, cleaning products and methods required for routine maintenance of the stone, once renovated.
Stone Fixing
We have available some of the most experienced stone fixers in London. We use the best quality fixatives available to the trade and pride ourselves on quality and reliable service. All our fixers have vast experience in the trade and are fully trained and certified in health and safety.
Property Maintenance
Our property portfolio includes a number of properties around the country, which we currently manage and maintain to the very highest standard. We have available all types of trades people, including qualified plumbers, electricians, plasterers, bricklayers and finishing trades.
